Description du poste

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe de Responsable Maintenance & Projets Industriels.

En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que Responsable Maintenance & Projets Industriels, vous interviendrez sur une première mission chez l’un de nos clients, un acteur industriel international reconnu pour l’excellence de ses outils de production, ses investissements continus et ses standards élevés en matière de performance industrielle.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Industrielle, vous piloterez les activités maintenance et les projets d'amélioration des infrastructures et équipements d'un site de production fortement automatisé.

Vous serez impliqué(e) sur les tâches suivantes :

  • Encadrer et animer les équipes maintenance préventive et curative.
  • Garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des équipements de production.
  • Définir et piloter le plan de maintenance du site.
  • Identifier, prioriser et conduire les projets d'amélioration continue et de modernisation des installations.
  • Gérer les investissements industriels, de l'expression du besoin à la mise en service.
  • Suivre les prestataires et entreprises extérieures intervenant sur le site.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance, les pannes récurrentes et mettre en place les actions correctives adaptées.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement.

Le profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou d'une formation supérieure en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, électrotechnique ou génie industriel, vous souhaitez participer à des projets industriels d'envergure dans un environnement de production exigeant.

Vous justifiez de 5 à 15 ans d'expérience sur des fonctions de maintenance et de gestion de projets industriels.

Une expérience acquise dans l'un des secteurs suivants sera particulièrement appréciée :

  • Industrie du bois.
  • Papier-carton.
  • Sidérurgie.
  • Métallurgie.
  • Matériaux de construction.
  • Industrie lourde en général.

Vous disposez de solides compétences en :

  • Maintenance mécanique et électrique.
  • Gestion d'équipes techniques.
  • Fiabilisation des équipements.
  • Gestion budgétaire.
  • Travaux neufs et investissements industriels.
  • Méthodes maintenance (préventif, prédictif, TPM).
  • Amélioration continue.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre leadership.
  • Votre capacité à fédérer les équipes terrain.
  • Votre pragmatisme.
  • Votre sens de l'organisation.
  • Votre réactivité face aux aléas de production.
  • Votre aptitude à piloter plusieurs projets simultanément.

La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel constitue un atout.

Des déplacements ponctuels sur différents sites industriels peuvent être envisagés.
