Description du poste :

Nous recrutons un(e) Technicien Contrôle Qualité – H/F pour le secteur pharmaceutique. Dans le cadre d'un important projet sur un site pharmaceutique, vous aurez la responsabilité d’intervenir sur le contrôle et la qualification des équipements, principalement laboratoire.

Mission :

Réaliser Les Contrôles Qualité Des Articles De Conditionnement Réceptionnés Conformément Aux Procédures En Vigueur

  • Réaliser les contrôles visuels, dimensionnels et fonctionnels définis dans les spécifications applicables.
  • Contrôler la conformité des mentions réglementaires, textes, codes-barres, Datamatrix et éléments graphiques.
  • Enregistrer et documenter les résultats de contrôle dans les systèmes qualité.
  • Réaliser les essais fonctionnels conformément aux pharmacopées, spécifications internes et protocoles de stabilité.
  • Garantir le respect des délais analytiques de mise à disposition des résultats.
  • Signaler immédiatement toute non-conformité ou résultat atypique.
  • Documenter les contrôles réalisés conformément aux exigences BPF et aux principes ALCOA+.
  • Assurer la traçabilité complète des opérations de contrôle et des résultats associés.
  • Enregistrer les résultats dans les systèmes qualité et participer à la gestion des statuts des articles contrôlés.
  • Identifier et signaler toute non-conformité ou anomalie détectée.
  • Participer aux investigations qualité, déviations et analyses de causes.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA).
  • Contribuer aux projets visant à renforcer la fiabilité et l'efficacité des contrôles.
  • Participer à la qualification des équipements et au maintien de leur état validé.
  • Respecter les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF/GMP).
  • Appliquer les règles de Data Integrity.
  • Respecter les règles HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) du site.

Le profil recherché

Dynamique, motivé et consciencieux, vous avez une expérience dans le domaine du Contrôle Qualité en industrie pharmaceutique ou dans un autre domaine.

Vous savez gérer des projets d'investissement, qualifier des équipements de laboratoire et qualifier des systèmes informatisés.

Connaissance des BPF et FDA.
