Seit November 2020 tragen wir in Wien Verantwortung und gestalten in der Stadtregierung die Zukunft unserer Stadt. Der NEOS Wien Rathausklub ist die politische Vertretung von NEOS Wien im Wiener Gemeinderat und Landtag. Zur Unterstützung der Klubdirektion suchen wir ein Organisationstalent, das administrative Abläufe koordiniert und weiterentwickelt und Ansprechperson für organisatorische Anliegen innerhalb des Rathausklubs ist.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Terminkoordination & Kalendermanagement
  • Koordinierung und Management von Repräsentanz-Terminen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Büro der Klubobfrau
  • Unterstützung beim Projekt- & Aufgabenmanagement
  • Planung und Umsetzung konkreter Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Klubdirektion
  • Planung und Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen des Rathausklubs

Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine verlässliche, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Assistenz der Geschäftsführung oder administratives Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende MS-Office-Kenntnisse und eine hohe IT-Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, sich in neue Aufgabengebiete selbstständig einzuarbeiten
  • Diskretion, Genauigkeit und die Kompetenz, auch in dynamischen Phasen und unter Druck den Überblick zu behalten
  • Gute Kenntnisse über NEOS und Identifikation mit unseren Kernwerten
