Seit November 2020 tragen wir in Wien Verantwortung und gestalten in der Stadtregierung die Zukunft unserer Stadt. Der NEOS Wien Rathausklub ist die politische Vertretung von NEOS Wien im Wiener Gemeinderat und Landtag. In einer politisch extrem spannenden Phase bringst du deine Expertise ein und übernimmst als Referent:in Verantwortung, wenn es darum geht, unsere Reformen für Wien auf den Boden zu bringen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Inhaltliche und konzeptionelle Analyse der Wiener Stadtpolitik und das Treffen von Ableitungen insbesondere in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Medien & Digitalisierung und europäische/internationale Angelegenheiten
  • Betreuung von Ausschüssen des Wiener Gemeinderates und Landtages
  • Vorbereitung der Plenarsitzungen des Wiener Gemeinderates und Landtages
  • Ansprechperson in Compliance Fragen und Führung eines Compliance Systems im NEOS Rathausklub
  • Erarbeiten von Positionierungen zu aktuellen politischen Fragestellungen
  • Inhaltliche Schnittstelle und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen in den NEOS Kernthemen
  • Laufende Vernetzung mit externen Stakeholdern in Politik, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft

Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium - Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Vorerfahrung bzw. Ausbildung in Compliance Themen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse über die Wiener Stadtpolitik von Vorteil
  • Vielfältige Interessen und die Fähigkeit, auch Themen außerhalb der eigenen Fachexpertise zu bearbeiten
  • Die Kompetenz, inhaltliche Themen auch politisch-kommunikativ zu denken
  • Verlässliche, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, in einem Team auch unter Druck arbeiten zu können
  • Gute Kenntnisse über NEOS und Identifikation mit unseren Kernwerten
