Die Wiener Landesgruppe von NEOS – Das Neue Österreich und Liberales Forum, sucht für den Bezirk Neubau eine:n Bezirksmanager:in (m/w/d).

Dein Job

Als Bezirksmanager:in bist du eine treibende Kraft in deinem Bezirk. Du arbeitest an der Seite deines/deiner Bezirkssprecher:in und unterstützt dein Bezirksteam bei allen möglichen Aufgaben. Du kreierst Content und betreust die Social-Media-Kanäle des Bezirks. Vom Eventmanagement bis zur Mitgliederbetreuung planst du Veranstaltungen und Aktionen im Bezirk, führst Bezirkskampagnen durch und bist ein zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt. Du setzt dich aktiv für das Wachstum von NEOS ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Social Media Management und Content Creation
  • Durchführung von Bezirkskampagnen und Aktionen
  • Eventmanagement
  • Mitgliederbetreuung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bezirkssprecherin
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Bezirksteams
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Wiener Landesbüro und Rathausklub

Deine Qualifikationen und Qualitäten

  • Gute Kenntnisse der diversen Social-Media-Kanäle und erste Erfahrungen im Erstellen von Social-Media-Content
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Projekten und/oder Events
  • Du bist in einem der genannten Bezirke wohnhaft oder hast eine starke Verbindung mit einem der Bezirke
  • Identifikation mit den Grundwerten und politischen Zielen von NEOS mit dem Ehrgeiz, NEOS weiterzuentwickeln
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Offenheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten
  • Flexibilität und Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Bereitschaft, über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr Teil der Bezirksgruppe zu sein von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Grafik-Design und Videoschnitt von Vorteil, insbesondere mit Canva
