Le Poste : Vision & Missions

Nous recherchons un Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Expert Cybersécurité pour rejoindre l'un de nos clients et piloter sa stratégie de sécurité.

Dans ce rôle hybride, alliant vision stratégique et expertise technique opérationnelle (hands-on), vous serez responsable de la mise en place du SMSI, de la gestion des risques et de la supervision globale de la sécurité.

Le plus opérationnel : Vous serez épaulé au quotidien par un technicien support L1/L2 (triage, support basique), vous permettant de vous concentrer sur l'ingénierie, l'implémentation technique et la stratégie globale.

Vos Responsabilités

Gouvernance, Stratégie et Conformité

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie globale de cybersécurité en alignement avec les objectifs métiers.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir le SMSI (norme ISO 27001).
  • Définir et appliquer les politiques de sécurité (PSSI).
  • Élaborer les plans de continuité et de reprise d'activité (PCA/PRA).
  • Gérer les risques et suivre les plans de traitement.

Implémentation et Opérations

  • Optimiser les solutions de sécurité (Firewalls, EDR, MDM/Intune).
  • Sécuriser les environnements Cloud (Azure / AWS).
  • Intégrer la sécurité dans les cycles de développement (DevSecOps).
  • Encadrer le technicien L1/L2 et assurer sa montée en compétences.

Supervision SOC et Sécurité Offensive

  • Piloter la détection et la réponse aux incidents complexes via SIEM, EDR et SOAR.
  • Planifier et réaliser des tests d'intrusion (white box / black box).
  • Superviser les scans de vulnérabilités et les plans de remédiation.

Leadership et Sensibilisation

  • Assurer la liaison entre la technique et la Direction Générale.
  • Déployer des programmes de sensibilisation (phishing, ingénierie sociale).
  • Promouvoir une véritable culture sécurité au sein de l'organisation.

Votre Profil

  • Formation : Bac+5 (Master) en cybersécurité ou informatique.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en cybersécurité, avec un passage significatif en environnement SOC.
  • Expertises techniques : SIEM : Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk ou IBM QRadar. Endpoint : CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Automation : Python, PowerShell ou Bash.
  • Certifications (Atouts) : ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CEH Master, CompTIA CySA+.
  • Soft Skills : Autonomie, proactivité, esprit analytique et aisance relationnelle.
  • Langues : Français (courant) & Anglais (professionnel).
