En tant que Comptable, vous intégrez une société reconnue pour son expertise technique et son accompagnement personnalisé. Notre équipe à taille humaine met l' accent sur une ambiance conviviale, l' autonomie, la flexibilité et la collaboration.

Notre client est spécialisé dans la comptabilité de sociétés immobilières. Depuis de nombreuses années, il accompagne des investisseurs belges et internationaux dans la gestion et l' optimisation de leurs projets.

Vos missions et responsabilités

En tant que Comptable Senior, vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique et collaborative. Vous êtes en charge de la gestion comptable de sociétés immobilières et accompagnez nos clients dans leurs projets d' investissement.

Vous bénéficiez d' une grande autonomie dans l' organisation de votre travail, avec un niveau de responsabilités évolutif selon votre expérience.

Vos responsabilités

- Gestion complète de la comptabilité (clients, fournisseurs, banques, opérations diverses, etc.) - Préparation des déclarations TVA, fiscales et autres obligations légales - Élaboration de reportings financiers périodiques et d' analyses à destination des investisseurs - Participation à l' optimisation des processus internes et au partage des bonnes pratiques - Utilisation d' outils comptables modernes - Préparation des comptes annuels et assistance lors des audits

Votre profil

Formation et expérience

Diplôme en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente probante

Minimum 3 ans d' expérience en comptabilité

Poste ouvert aux profils Medior (3–5 ans) à Senior (5 ans et +) la connaissance de la comptabilité française (ou belge) est un critère très apprécié

Compétences techniques

Bonne à excellente maîtrise des principes comptables (français et / ou belges)

Intérêt marqué pour le secteur immobilier

Aisance avec les outils informatiques (logiciels comptables et suite Office ; la maîtrise de Horus constitue un atout)

Langues : français courant et anglais professionnel indispensables

Esprit d' équipe et communication constructive
