부서 소개

레드사업실은 피망 뉴맞고, 섯다, 싱글맞고, 뉴바둑·장기를 서비스하며, 레드디자인팀은 이 IP상품들의 라이브 서비스 비주얼과 UI/UX를 담당합니다. 월 단위 점검·업데이트 주기로 캐릭터 상품, 시즌패스·시즌레이스, 세일즈, 이벤트, 배너등을 제작하며, AI 시대에 "많이 만드는 조직"보다 "차별화된 취향과 판단력으로 매출이 나는 상품을 제작하는 조직"을 지향합니다.

담당 업무

  • 뉴맞고·섯다·싱글맞고·바둑·장기의 라이브 서비스 그래픽 및 UI 제작
  • 캐릭터 상품, 프로필, 액자 프레임, 상점·핫딜 UI
  • 멀티 해상도 대응 UI 개선과 신규 화면 설계, 리소스 제작(Unity 기반)
  • 콜라보·제휴 콘텐츠 제작(예: 맥심 시즌 캐릭터·상품·이메일 광고)
  • 신규 게임·콘텐츠 프로토타입의 콘셉트·비주얼 개발
  • 생성형 AI 기반 제작 파이프라인 운영
  • 결과물 선별, 보정
  • 기획·개발·QA·사업팀과 협업해 일정과 품질 관리
  • 출시 후 성과를 보고 다음 제작 방향 개선

자격 요건

  • 모바일 게임 또는 웹/앱 서비스의 디자인 실무 경력 5년 이상이신 분
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma 등 디자인 툴 활용이 능숙하신 분
  • 게임 UI 구조와 해상도 대응을 이해하고, 개발자에게 리소스를 전달해 본 경험이 있으신 분
  • 라이브 서비스의 정기 업데이트 주기에 맞춰 일정을 관리한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 기획·개발·QA와 원활히 소통하고 협업하는 능력을 갖추신 분

우대 사항

  • 웹보드(맞고·포커·섯다·홀덤), 카지노, 캐주얼 게임 디자인 경험이 있으신 분
  • 캐릭터·상품 일러스트나 이벤트 키 비주얼 제작 경험이 있으신 분
  • 생성형 AI 툴(Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana 등) 활용 경험과 결과물 선별·보정 능력을 갖추신 분
  • Unity 이해, 또는 Spine·After Effects 등 모션 제작 경험이 있으신 분
  • 데이터(매출, 구매 전환 등) 기반으로 디자인을 개선한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 콜라보·IP 협업 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분
