Reporting to the CFO's Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team by providing administrative support, coordinating projects and events, supporting leadership activities, and helping colleagues work effectively across multiple functions.

This is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial Management and Procurement. You'll be involved in everything from diary and meeting coordination to supporting strategy days, team communications, onboarding activities and a directorate-wide SharePoint improvement project.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with two office based days each week. There may be occasions where a third office day is required to meet business needs.

The minimum criteria for this role are:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support in a busy professional environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective internal stakeholder relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience managing documents, records and administrative processes accurately and confidentially.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, use judgement and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams.
  • SharePoint administration experience would be advantageous.

Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential. At Nest, you’ll have access to a range of learning opportunities to learn, grow and build the skills you need to be successful in your role and career.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
