The posting

Buscamos un(a) Agrónomo(a) especializado en Riego, para la región de Santa Marta, Magdalena, con experiencia en cultivos de banano y palma, capaz de desempeñarse como consultor técnico para nuestros clientes y equipo comercial. Será un referente técnico en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en fertirriego, fisiología y manejo agronómico, contribuyendo al éxito de los proyectos, generando valor para los clientes e impulsando el desarrollo del negocio.

Principales desafíos del rol

  • Brindar asesoría agronómica especializada en cultivos de banano y palma.
  • Apoyar al equipo comercial en visitas técnicas, desarrollo de oportunidades y relacionamiento con clientes.
  • Realizar seguimiento técnico y recomendaciones en fertirriego, nutrición y fisiología de cultivos.
  • Participar en investigaciones, validaciones y generación de casos de éxito en campo.
  • Representar a la compañía en eventos, giras técnicas, seminarios y actividades de desarrollo de mercado.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Agronomía.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en cultivos de banano y palma.
  • Conocimiento en fertirriego, nutrición vegetal y fisiología de cultivos.
  • Experiencia brindando asesoría técnica a productores, clientes y equipos comerciales.
  • Capacidad para analizar información agronómica e identificar oportunidades de mejora en campo.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a campo y desplazamientos.
  • Licencia de conducir (INDISPENSABLE).
