Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas Internas para nuestra operación en Ciudad de Guatemala, una persona con orientación al cliente, habilidades analíticas y excelente relacionamiento, que quiera contribuir al crecimiento de nuestro equipo comercial desde una posición estratégica de oficina.

En este rol serás un aliado clave para el equipo de ventas, brindando atención a clientes corporativos, elaborando cotizaciones y dando respuesta oportuna a sus requerimientos, con el objetivo de fortalecer la experiencia del cliente y garantizar un servicio ágil y de calidad.

¿Cuál será tu reto?

• Elaborar y gestionar cotizaciones de manera oportuna y precisa.

• Atender y dar seguimiento a requerimientos de clientes corporativos desde oficina.

• Brindar soporte al equipo comercial para asegurar una atención ágil y eficiente.

• Analizar información comercial y elaborar reportes para apoyar la toma de decisiones.

• Gestionar y apoyar el seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Técnico(a) Agrícola o estudiante universitario en Ingeniería Agrícola o carreras afines.

• Experiencia en atención a clientes, elaboración de cotizaciones o soporte comercial.

• Preferiblemente manejo de SAP.

• Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos (deseable Power BI).

• Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y relacionamiento con clientes.

• Actitud de servicio, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.

Ubicación: Ciudad de Guatemala.

Ofrecemos un esquema de compensación con salario base + comisiones.
