Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en administratief verwerken van offertes, bestellingen en contractverlengingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.Bij afwezigheid van de Facility Medewerker ondersteun je bij algemene facilitaire werkzaamheden, waaronder het ontvangen van bezoekers, telefoonbeantwoording en het verzorgen van de dagelijkse kantoorvoorzieningen, zoals lunches en voorraadbeheer.Over ons Netpresenter is al meer dan een kwart eeuw pionier op het gebied van communicatie.
