Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:

1. Trainings durchführen

· Durchführung von Trainings zu Robotik-Grundlagen, Robotersteuerung und Inbetriebnahme

· Durchführung von Trainings zu industriellen Schnittstellen und Protokollen wie Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP und OPC UA inkl. SPS-Anbindung

· Vermittlung der Integration von Hardware wie Sensoren, Aktoren, Motoren und Greifern

2. Trainingsinhalte & Demos

· Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen gemäß Academy-Standards

3. Produktwissen

· Immer auf dem aktuellen Stand zu neuen Funktionen und Systemupdates im engen Austausch mit der Entwicklung

· Rückführung von Trainingsfeedback in die Inhalte und an die Produktteams

4. Strategische Aufgaben

· Aufbau und Unterstützung von Online- und Blended-Trainings (E-Learning-Module, Videos, virtuelle Klassen, simulationsbasierte Übungen)

· Einsatz von KI-Tools, um Trainingsinhalte schneller zu erstellen, zu aktualisieren und zu übersetzen

· Unterstützung bei Aufbau und Nutzung des Trainingsadministrationssystems (LMS): Kurse, Teilnehmende und Zertifikate

Das bringst du mit

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Robotik oder vergleichbar

- Solide Robotik-Grundlagen und praktische Erfahrung mit Robotersteuerungen

- Fundierte Kenntnisse industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle (Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet-basierte Protokolle)

- Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und mit Hardware (Sensoren, Aktoren, Motoren)

- Programmiergrundlagen in Python und/oder C++

- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen klar und praxisnah zu erklären

- Grundkenntnisse in Embedded Systems

- Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung

- Erste Erfahrung als Trainer oder in der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
