Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:

1. Trainingsinhalte & Curriculum

· Definition des Academy-Curriculums für Bedienung und Applikation unserer Roboter – vom Bediener über den Programmierer bis zum Integrator

· Aufbau eines Zertifizierungsprogramms mit klaren Lernpfaden, Prüfungen und Zertifikaten

· Sicherstellung, dass Trainingsinhalte zu jedem Produktlaunch bereitstehen – in enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung

· Befähigung interner Teams (Vertrieb, Service, NeuraGym) und Onboarding neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen

2. Teamführung

· Führung, Entwicklung und Ausbau des Trainerteams inkl. Recruiting und Onboarding

· Festlegung von Qualitätsstandards für Trainings und Trainer inkl. Train-the-Trainer-Programmen

· Planung von Trainerkapazitäten, Trainingslaboren und Roboter-Equipment

3. Online-Training & KI

· Aufbau eines Online- und Blended-Learning-Angebots (E-Learning, virtuelle Klassen, simulationsbasierte Übungen)

· Einsatz von KI als Turbo für das Training: KI-Tutoren, schnellere Content-Erstellung, individuelle Lernpfade und automatisierte Prüfungen

· Skalierung der Inhalte auf mehrere Sprachen und Regionen

4. Trainingssystem & Administration

· Auswahl, Aufbau und Betrieb des Learning-Management-Systems (LMS) und der Trainingsadministration: Buchung, Terminplanung, Teilnehmer- und Zertifikatsverwaltung

· Anbindung des Trainingssystems an CRM, E-Commerce und Rechnungsstellung

· Definition und Tracking von KPIs wie Teilnehmerzufriedenheit, Bestehensquoten, Auslastung und Umsatz

5. Trainings-Business

· Entwicklung des Geschäftsmodells der Academy: Trainingsportfolio, Pakete, Preise und Abonnements

· Verantwortung für P&L und Budget der Academy sowie Umsatzwachstum gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb

· Aufbau eines Partner- und Distributoren-Trainingsprogramms, um Training weltweit zu skalieren

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

· Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Robotik, Informatik oder vergleichbar

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Training oder in einer Academy, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in Führungsverantwortung

· Fundiertes Verständnis von Robotik und Automatisierung sowie vom Einsatz von Robotern in Applikationen

· Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von Curricula, Zertifizierungsprogrammen oder Online-Learning

· Praktische Erfahrung mit LMS und Systemen zur Trainingsadministration

· Gutes Verständnis von KI-Tools und ihrem Einsatz im Lernen

· Unternehmerisches Denken: Erfahrung mit Pricing, Budgets oder P&L-Verantwortung

· Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke

· Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Trainings-Business von Grund auf oder in der internationalen Skalierung

· Erfahrung mit Instructional Design und E-Learning-Autorentools

· Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
