Du bist Teil des Serviceingenieur-Teams und berichtest an den Service Engineer Lead. Montags arbeitest du im Serviceteam, dienstags bis freitags in der Business Unit deines Produkts. Jeden Morgen nimmst du am täglichen Service-Meeting teil.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

Deine Aufgaben, nach Priorität:

1. Servicehandbuch & Training

· Erstellung und Pflege des Servicehandbuchs für dein Produkt: Wartungsroutinen, Reparaturverfahren und Ersatzteile

· Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Service-Trainingsinhalten für die NEURA Academy sowie Durchführung von Service-Trainings

2. Produktexpertise

· Zentrale Ansprechperson für Serviceingenieure bei komplexen Themen (L2/L3-Support) und Nachverfolgung von Eskalationen bis zur Lösung

· Immer auf dem aktuellen Stand zu HW/SW-Revisionen, bekannten Fehlern und Lösungen

· Verifizierung neuer Features und Software-Releases aus Service-Sicht vor dem Rollout sowie Mitwirkung an Release Notes und Kompatibilitätsprüfungen

3. Stimme des Service

· Erfassung und Analyse von Felddaten: Ausfälle, wiederkehrende Fehler, Reparaturzeiten und Ersatzteile

· Strukturiertes Feedback zur Servicefähigkeit an Entwicklung und Product Owner

· Definition und Standardisierung von Serviceprozessen (z. B. Wartungsroutinen, Eskalationswege) und Dokumentation für das Serviceteam

4. Fehlersuche & Reparatur für die BU

· Unterstützung bei komplexer Fehlersuche und Reparatur des Produkts innerhalb der Business Unit

· Gelegentliche Feldeinsätze, um praxisnah zu bleiben

· Vertretung des Service in Design-Reviews und Release-Entscheidungen deiner Business Unit

· Sicherstellung, dass Ersatzteile, Servicewerkzeuge und Diagnoseverfahren für dein Produkt vor der Markteinführung definiert und verfügbar sind

Das bringst du mit

Must-have:

· Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium (Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Robotik oder vergleichbar)

· Erfahrung im technischen Service, in der Inbetriebnahme oder im Applikationsumfeld

· Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Servicedokumentation oder Trainingsmaterialien

· Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu erklären – schriftlich und in Trainings

· Sicher im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Elektroschaltpläne

· Fähigkeit, technisches Feedback strukturiert und lösungsorientiert zu formulieren

· Verständnis für Software-Release-Prozesse und Versionierung

· Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Optimierung technischer Prozesse und Standards

· Selbstständige, dokumentationsgetriebene Arbeitsweise

· Klare und souveräne Kommunikation sowie Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Feldteams und Entwicklung, um verlässliche und qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern

· Praktische Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche

· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

· Reisebereitschaft für Feldeinsätze. Ein gültiger europäischer Führerschein

Nice to have:

· Erfahrung mit ROS/ROS2 sowie mit kollaborativer, mobiler oder humanoider Robotik

· Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketing-/Dokumentationssystemen (z. B. Jira, Confluence) zur Strukturierung und Nachverfolgung von Servicewissen
