Physische KI kann nicht nur mit Daten aus dem Internet trainiert werden. Roboter müssen Fähigkeiten in der echten Welt lernen – indem sie beobachten, mit ihrer Umgebung interagieren und echte Aufgaben ausführen. Genau darum geht es bei NEURA Gym: Ein weltweites Netzwerk von Trainingszentren, in denen Roboter industrielle Aufgaben direkt von erfahrenen Menschen lernen, die diese Prozesse in- und auswendig kennen.

Als Data Operator Coordinator arbeitest du als Data Operator mit unseren Robotern, u. a. mit dem Humanoiden 4NE1, und sammelst reale Daten für unsere KI. Zusätzlich übernimmst du die Koordination einer Gruppe von bis zu 8 Data Operators und bist die Schnittstelle zum Group Lead Data Operations.

Das machst du als Data Operator

- Du steuerst die Roboter per Teleoperation und führst echte Aufgaben aus.

- Du trägst Motion-Capture-Equipment und führst vorgegebene Bewegungen nach Projektvorgaben aus.

- Du führst strukturierte Datensammlungen durch, damit hochwertige Trainingsdaten entstehen.

- Du richtest Roboter ein, kalibrierst sie und bereitest sie für Tests und Demos vor.

- Du arbeitest eng mit Servicetechnikern, AI Trainern und Ingenieuren zusammen und dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen.

Das machst du als Coordinator

- Du koordinierst deine Gruppe im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass alle wissen, was zu tun ist.

- Du achtest darauf, dass kein Roboter im Idle steht und die Tagesziele erreicht werden.

- Du bist Ansprechperson für deine Gruppe und hilfst neuen Kollegen beim Einstieg.

- Du bist die Schnittstelle zum Group Lead Data Operations und gibst Infos in beide Richtungen weiter.

- Du gibst Feedback aus der Praxis an unser Entwicklungsteam weiter und hilfst so, unsere Datensammlungs-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern

- Englisch sprichst. Deutsch und Robotik-Erfahrung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Körperliche Voraussetzungen

- Du kannst längere Zeit stehen und dich bewegen.

- Du hast eine gute Hand-Augen-Koordination und arbeitest präzise.

- Du kannst wiederkehrende Teleoperationsaufgaben konzentriert ausführen.
