Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technico commercial (H/F).

**Vos futures responsabilités :

Vos tâches :**

  • Vous assurerez le suivi quotidien des clients existants par des visites régulières sur le terrain, des échanges téléphoniques et des courriels.
  • Vous développerez les ventes dans le secteur horloger et identifierez des opportunités dans d'autres domaines d'activité.
  • Vous présenterez et valoriserez les produits et services de l'entreprise auprès des clients et prospects.
  • Vous prospecterez de nouveaux clients et fidéliserez le portefeuille existant.
  • Vous contribuerez au développement de la vente digitale et aux actions marketing associées.
  • Vous établirez les offres commerciales ainsi que les contrats de maintenance et de réparation.
  • Vous suivrez les commandes jusqu'à leur livraison, en coordination avec les services concernés.
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents départements de l'entreprise et la direction.
  • Vous participerez aux salons et événements professionnels pour représenter l'entreprise et développer son réseau.

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience en tant que technico\-commercial ou commercial de vente.
  • Vous connaissez le secteur horloger et disposez idéalement de connaissances en joaillerie, en medtech ou en microélectronique.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous possédez idéalement des connaissances en allemand et/ou en italien.
  • Vous démontrez d'excellentes capacités de planification, d'organisation et d'analyse, avec un sens aigu des priorités.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office et connaissez idéalement le logiciel ProConcept.
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance et partagez les informations utiles avec vos interlocuteurs.
  • Vous faites preuve de persévérance et de résilience, avec une orientation marquée vers la performance et la satisfaction client.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome tout en favorisant l'esprit d'équipe et la collaboration.
  • Vous faites preuve d'empathie, d'écoute, de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité.
