Sobre a oportunidade Nosso cliente busca um(a) Analista Administrativo-Financeiro com perfil generalista, raciocínio rápido, excelente capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com números. A posição terá atuação predominantemente na área financeira, aproximadamente 80% da rotina, mas também terá interface e suporte às demais áreas administrativas da empresa, como Recursos Humanos, Compras e atividades administrativas gerais. Buscamos um profissional organizado, comunicativo e com visão ampla do negócio, capaz de transitar entre diferentes demandas e contribuir com informações precisas para o acompanhamento e tomada de decisões.

100% presencial

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h30

Principais responsabilidades

● Atuar nas rotinas administrativas e financeiras da empresa;

● Realizar controles, análises e acompanhamento de informações financeiras;

● Elaborar relatórios e indicadores para reporte à gestão;

● Apoiar o acompanhamento de resultados, custos, despesas e movimentações financeiras;

● Organizar e analisar dados, identificando inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;

● Dar suporte às atividades administrativas da empresa;

● Atuar em interface com as áreas de Recursos Humanos e Compras;

● Apoiar processos de controles internos e organização de documentos;

● Consolidar informações para apresentação e reporte à liderança;

● Atender demandas administrativas diversas, mantendo visão generalista sobre a operação

● Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Estatística, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

● Experiência em rotinas administrativas e financeiras;

● Forte habilidade com números e análise de dados;

● Facilidade para trabalhar com planilhas, controles e relatórios;

● Raciocínio lógico e rapidez na resolução de problemas;

● Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

● Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorização;

● Perfil generalista e facilidade para atuar em diferentes áreas da empresa
