Objetivo: apoiar o planejamento, controle e acompanhamento dos processos produtivos, garantindo alinhamento entre produção e obras, cumprimento de cronogramas e organização documental — atuando como ponte entre encarregados de produção, equipes de obra e gerência industrial.

Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar no controle e planejamento da produção Auxiliar na verificação dos processos produtivos Realizar conferência e controle da documentação Acompanhar os cronogramas das atividades de produção, assegurando cumprimento dos prazos e encaminhando pendências aos responsáveis Fazer a interface entre encarregados de produção e equipes de obra, alinhando cronogramas Verificar, acompanhar e atualizar o indicador de cargas planejadas x cargas expedidas Auxiliar nas demandas do gerente industrial relacionadas aos processos de produção Alinhar as sequências produtivas junto aos encarregados Auxiliar os encarregados na programação de recebimento de matéria-prima Seguir as diretrizes do Sistema de Gestão

✔ Ensino Superior Cursando ( Eng. da produção e áreas correlatas) ✔ Experiência ou vivência em ambiente industrial/produção (desejável) ✔ Noção de planejamento e controle de produção (PCP) ✔ Conhecimento básico em Excel/planilhas para controle de indicadores ✔ Boa comunicação, para interface entre setores (produção, obra e gerência) ✔ Organização e atenção aos prazos e cronogramas ✔ Perfil proativo e colaborativo
