NOSSO CLIENTE:

indústria consolidada, com mais de 20 anos de atuação no mercado.

Objetivo: atuar na administração de contratos, faturamento e acompanhamento financeiro de obras e residências, garantindo conferência jurídica, controle de recebíveis e comunicação constante com clientes e setores internos (comercial, jurídico e produção). É uma posição para alguém organizado(a), com atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar múltiplos processos simultaneamente sem deixar prazo, cláusula ou parcela passar despercebido.

Responsabilidades:

Conferir cláusulas de contratos junto ao Jurídico Realizar checklist de administração de contratos Acompanhar reajustes contratuais Auxiliar no faturamento de notas fiscais de saída (expedição) Abrir e manter planilhas e pastas de controle das obras e residências Enviar ao setor comercial as informações de fechamento para criação das encomendas de venda no sistema Emitir boletos e enviá-los aos clientes junto à respectiva nota fiscal, assegurando recebimento e confirmação de pagamento Identificar e sinalizar pontos críticos no resultado mensal de recebíveis Acompanhar o cronograma de obras para cobrança das parcelas previstas em cada etapa, com monitoramento contínuo Acompanhar datas e prazos de medição de cada obra Enviar mensalmente aos clientes o fechamento financeiro e fiscal das obras, conforme particularidades contratuais Realizar controle mensal com previsão de faturamento por processo (produção, obra, comercial, pós-venda e aditivos) Manter atualizado o controle de saldos de recebimento e faturamento de edifícios, residências e aditivos contratuais

✔ Ensino médio completo (superior em áreas correlatas é um diferencial) ✔ Experiência prévia com administração de contratos, faturamento ou área comercial/financeira ✔ Conhecimento em emissão de notas fiscais e boletos ✔ Domínio de Excel/planilhas para controle e acompanhamento de dados ✔ Boa comunicação, para contato constante com clientes, jurídico e setor comercial ✔ Organização e atenção aos detalhes para gestão de prazos, cláusulas e cronogramas ✔ Capacidade de acompanhar múltiplos processos simultaneamente (obras, residências, aditivos)
