O NOSSO CLIENTE: Está em busca de uma pessoa para atuar na área de Recursos Humanos, com foco em Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura, do engajamento e do desenvolvimento dos colaboradores. Essa pessoa dará suporte a processos estratégicos de gente e gestão, desde avaliação de desempenho até ações de clima organizacional e integração de novos colaboradores. Principais atividades:

Apoiar os processos de Avaliação de Desempenho e acompanhamento dos Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI); Auxiliar na organização, logística e controle dos treinamentos internos; Participar da aplicação e consolidação das Pesquisas de Clima Organizacional; Apoiar ações de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, contribuindo para programas de engajamento e cultura organizacional; Dar suporte às atividades relacionadas à NR-1, incluindo campanhas, comunicação interna e acompanhamento das ações previstas; Auxiliar na elaboração de indicadores, controles e relatórios da área de DHO; Apoiar os processos de integração de novos colaboradores; Prestar suporte às demais atividades do setor de Recursos Humanos.

Cursando Psicologia ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos (a partir do 3º período); Boa comunicação; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Proatividade e vontade de aprender; Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (principalmente Excel); Interesse em atuar na área de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional.
