Voor een sterk verankerde speler in infrastructuurwerken in regio Waregem zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe werfleider. Dit familiebedrijf bouwde doorheen de jaren een stevige reputatie op in wegenbouw, rioleringswerken en nutsvoorzieningen, met zowel publieke als private projecten.Wat hen typeert?   • Aansturen van ploegen en onderaannemers op de werf, met focus op een vlotte samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de werken, waarbij planning, kwaliteit en voortgang continu bewaakt worden
  • Coördineren van materiaal en leveringen zodat alles tijdig aanwezig is en de werf efficiënt blijft draaien
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf voor klanten, leveranciers en interne collega’s
  • Waken over veiligheid en kwaliteit, met een proactieve aanpak bij problemen of afwijkingen
  • Bachelor bouwkunde of industrieel ingenieur, met een sterk organisatorisch inzicht en het vermogen om mensen aan te sturen
  • Communicatieve problemsolver die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en steeds het overzicht bewaart
  • Planmatige werker die projecten nauwgezet opvolgt en actief meedenkt tijdens overlegmomenten met het team
