Als Chef de Service bist du das Gesicht unseres Services an Bord und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wohlfühlen. Dabei verbindest du Service mit einem Arbeitsplatz, der dich jeden Tag an neue Orte bringt.

Deine Tätigkeiten an Bord

  • Herzliche Betreuung unserer Gäste während der gesamten Reise
  • Führung eines eigenen Zugbereiches
  • Umsetzung der Service-Standards
  • Professionelle und fachliche Beratung der Gäste
  • Verkaufsförderung durch aktive Kommunikation
  • Fachkundiges Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
  • Vor- und Nacharbeiten am Zug inkl. Abrechnung
  • Kontrolle der Reiseunterlagen und Auskunft zu Reisen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Tourismus oder einem vergleichbaren Servicebereich
  • Freude am Gästekontakt und ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Eignungsuntersuchung sowie einwandfreier Leumund

Eisenbahnkenntnisse? Kein Muss.

Das kollektivvertragliche Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position EUR 2.346,51 auf Basis von 38,5-Stunden-Woche.

Zusätzlich erwarten dich attraktive Zulagen, unter anderem für Nacht-, Sonn- und Reisetätigkeiten, sowie Verkaufsprämien.

Als tatsächliches Durchschnittsgehalt kannst du – abhängig von deiner Leistung – mit etwa 2.600 bis 3.200 € brutto pro Monat rechnen.
