Newrest ist im Auftrag der ÖBB verantwortlich für den Service, das Catering und die betrieblichen Tätigkeiten an Bord der ÖBB NightJets.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der operativen Leitung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projekten
  • Koordination, Delegation und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Entscheidungen und Projekten zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung in jeglichen organisatorischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten Terminkoordination Teilnahme und Organisation von Meetings sowie Protokollführung Erstellung von Präsentationen, etc.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufs- und Schulausbildung, Studium von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Stressresistenz und Flexibilität
  • Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Auge fürs Detail und Fähigkeit, Probleme rasch zu erkennen und zu lösen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel, Word, Power Point) und allgemeine IT-Affinität
