Newrest ist im Auftrag der ÖBB verantwortlich für den Service, das Catering und die betrieblichen Tätigkeiten an Bord der ÖBB NightJets.

Für unseren operativen Betrieb suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Geschäftsreisen professionell, vorausschauend und bis ins Detail organisiert. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, denkst mit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unterwegs.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Hotel- und Flugbuchungen für Mitarbeitende und Management
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten
  • Vorausschauende Reiseplanung sowie schnelle Bearbeitung kurzfristiger Änderungen
  • Erstellung übersichtlicher digitaler und physischer Reiseunterlagen
  • Rechnungsverwaltung in Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiter:innenanfragen
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der firmeneigenen Software (keine Programmierungskenntnisse notwendig) und Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Teams

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Reiseplanung bzw. in einer vergleichbaren organisatorischen Position, idealerweise in der Verkehrsbranche
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
  • Kostenbewusste Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes kommunikatives Talent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung in der Nutzung von speziellen Planungssoftware ist von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck präzise zu arbeiten
