Desde la Unidad de Negocios de Electrónica de consumo y electrodomésticos que lidera las marcas NOBLEX, PHILCO, ATMA y SIAM, llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Analista SR de Back Office para la gerencia de Negocios Corporativos.

Tu objetivo sera, dar soporte al back office del negocio. Asistir con análisis de datos y reporting general del negocio, asegurándose la integridad de la información. Se valoran el conocimiento y la actitud proactiva para la posición.

Tus principales desafíos serán:

  • Seguimiento y Análisis de Cuentas Corrientes: Auditoría y control de saldos de grandes operadores (Telefonicas) y principales cadenas de Retail (Frávega, Megatone, Coppel, Naldo Lombardi, Cetrogar, Pardo, Grupo Núcleo, entre otros).
  • Generación de recibos y aplicación de cobranzas: Control de ingresos, emisión formal de recibos y aplicación precisa de cobranzas por ID de cliente, abarcando los clientes más importantes con saldos en moneda extranjera.
  • Conciliación y Contabilidad: Confirmación de saldos y comunicación directa con el área de Contabilidad para la correcta gestión de Provisiones.
  • Portales de Carriers/Retailers: Carga, conciliación y actualización de facturas en los portales institucionales de Telecom, AMX y Telefónica.
  • Reportes Semanales de Cuenta Corriente (Motorola & Hisense): Confección y envío periódico (hasta 2 veces por semana) del estado de cuenta de la marca y su unidad de Accesorios.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado/a de la carrera de Administracion de empresas, contabilidad, economia o a fines.
  • Dominio de excel intermedio/avanzado
  • Experiencia minima de 3 años en roles similares
