Desde Grupo Newsan llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Gerente de Proyecto – Centro de Distribución Spegazzini. Para trabajar en nuestra oficina ubicada en Saavedra - CABA.

Tu objetivo principal será liderar de manera integral (End-to-End) el proyecto, comenzando por el diseño de la operación logística acorde a los flujos y necesidades del negocio (P&G y Electrodomésticos), para luego coordinar la construcción, integración tecnológica y puesta en marcha del Centro de Distribución en Carlos Spegazzini, garantizando los estándares acordados de tiempo, costo y calidad.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Analizar y parametrizar los flujos de inbound, almacenamiento, picking/prep y outbound para las operaciones de P&G (alta rotación, consumo masivo, normativas de cosmética/limpieza) y Electrodomésticos (artículos volumétricos y de alta exigencia operacional).
  • Diseñar el layout funcional, la zonificación operativa y la dinámica de procesos antes de la ejecución física de la nave.
  • Responsable del diseño, montaje y puesta en marcha de la tecnología elegida para la operación, bajo altos estándares de eficiencia y productividad (incluyendo infraestructura de almacenamiento de alta densidad/VNA, automatismos, guiado y tecnologías asociadas).
  • Liderar junto al área de IT el despliegue de infraestructura de conectividad Wi-Fi industrial/RF y la correcta integración del sistema WMS.
  • Administrar y controlar el presupuesto ($75-85 M), supervisar la constructora y garantizar el cumplimiento del cronograma ejecutivo para evitar desvíos financieros o penalizaciones por plazos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de exigencias sanitarias y regulatorias (ANMAT para cosmética y limpieza), tramitaciones y finales de obra municipales, y normativas de protección contra incendios (Sprinklers ESFR).

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?

  • Graduados/as de Ingeniería Industrial, Civil, Mecánica, Sistemas o afínes. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia comprobable en el diseño de procesos logísticos end-to end e implementación de operaciones en depósitos de alta densidad.
  • Solidez en gestión de CAPEX y supervisión de proyectos de infraestructura logística.
  • Dominio y familiaridad con tecnologías logísticas de última generación (sistemas automatizados, IoT aplicado a warehousing, optimización mediante WMS/RF y soluciones de eficiencia energética con Litio).
  • Actitud proactiva, capacidad de comunicación, dinamismo, resiliencia, liderazgo son valores
  • Buen nivel de habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de influencia.
