Desde la Unidad de Negocios de Electrónica de consumo y electrodomésticos que lidera las marcas NOBLEX, PHILCO, ATMA y SIAM, llevamos adelante la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar el rol de Gerente de Seguridad Corporativa.

Tus principales desafíos y responsabilidades serán:

  • Liderar el equipo de la gerencia integrando las funciones de seguridad patrimonial, custodia de mercadería en tránsito y prevención de pérdidas. (Supply Chain Protection) y asesoramiento en programas de seguridad VIP.
  • Realizar análisis de riesgo para identificar los activos a proteger, las amenazas, vulnerabilidades y niveles de riesgo que tienen impacto sobre las operaciones de todas las empresas del grupo newsan (ISO 31.000)
  • Diseñar e implementar el programa de seguridad de las Plantas, Centros de Distribución y Oficinas comerciales de la Compañía integrando personas, tecnología y procesos.
  • Diseñar e implementar el programa de custodia de mercadería en tránsito para todas las operaciones de transporte de la compañía.
  • Seguimiento de los KPI de cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad por parte de proveedores y empleados de la compañía.
  • Diseñar los niveles de servicio aceptables para las beses contractuales de los proveedores de seguridad y las medidas de seguridad obligatorias para proveedores de transporte.
  • Establecer los KPI y controlar el cumplimiento de contrato de los proveedores de seguridad humana y electrónica de la compañía.
  • Gestionar 360 y articular sus acciones con las Áreas de Seguros, Logística, Supply Chain, Distribución, Trafico, Legales, Compras y los diferentes negocios de la compañía.
  • Liderar los procesos de innovación, incorporando agentes de IA para la optimización de procesos operativos y de gestión de presupuestos.
  • Interactuar en la gestión de los programa de seguros de Todo Riesgo Operativo y Transporte (Medidas de Mitigación del Riesgo) junto con el área de Seguros, Safety, el Bróker y la Compañía de Seguros.
  • Realizar las inspecciones de seguridad en depósitos y playas de contenedores de terceros para controlar el estándar de seguridad requerido contractualmente para las operaciones de la compañía.
  • Planificar, Controlar y Generar reportes de la gestión del Presupuesto en línea con los objetivos de gestión de la compañía.
  • Planificar, controlar y generar reportes de prevención de pérdidas.
  • Desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con proveedores de seguridad y con todos los proveedores de otras áreas que tengan relación directa o indirecta con el programa de Supply Chain Protection.
  • Desarrollar el Capital humano de la gerencia.

¿Qué buscamos en aquella persona que se sume al equipo de trabajo?:

  • Profesional con título de grado, preferentemente Licenciado en Seguridad.
  • Experiencia previa en la gestión y liderazgo de equipos de seguridad corporativa (5 años)
  • experiencia en gestión de proyectos y presupuestos
  • Proactividad, capacidad de análisis crítico, foco en resultados y manejo de crisis.
