Misión del puesto

Garantizar la integridad, trazabilidad y confiabilidad de las operaciones productivas de la unidad de negocio, actuando como representante de control en terreno. Su principal responsabilidad será monitorear y verificar la correcta ejecución de los procesos operativos, asegurando la consistencia entre los registros y la realidad de la operación, minimizando desvíos y protegiendo los activos de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

● Supervisar y controlar en terreno las operaciones productivas vinculadas a la actividad acuícola.

● Verificar la consistencia entre la información reportada por los operadores y la realidad operativa observada.

● Realizar controles físicos y documentales sobre inventarios, insumos, materia prima y producto terminado.

● Monitorear indicadores operativos críticos relacionados con producción, cosecha, rendimiento, mermas y stock.

● Auditar procesos operativos para detectar desvíos, inconsistencias o potenciales riesgos patrimoniales.

● Garantizar la correcta registración y trazabilidad de la producción en todas sus etapas.

● Elaborar reportes periódicos para la dirección, identificando oportunidades de mejora y alertas tempranas.

● Coordinar acciones de control con las distintas áreas involucradas en la operación.

● Participar en relevamientos físicos, arqueos e inventarios periódicos.

● Impulsar mejoras en los procesos de control y seguimiento operativo.

Tareas específicas

● Verificar volúmenes de producción y cosecha.

● Realizar controles de stock e inventarios físicos.

● Validar movimientos de mercadería, insumos y producto.

● Contrastar registros operativos con observaciones en terreno.

● Registrar hallazgos, desviaciones e incidencias.

● Elaborar informes de gestión y control operativo.

● Acompañar auditorías internas y externas cuando corresponda.

● Realizar visitas periódicas a centros de producción, plantas y puntos operativos.

Requisitos

Requisitos

Formación

● Universitario completo o próximo a graduarse en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Producción, Administración, Logística, Agronomía, Acuicultura o carreras afines.

Experiencia

● Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de control operativo, supervisión de operaciones, auditoría operativa o control de procesos.

● Experiencia en operaciones descentralizadas o de difícil acceso será especialmente valorada.

● Deseable experiencia en industrias acuícolas, pesqueras, agroindustriales, petroleras, mineras o actividades con operaciones remotas.

Conocimientos

● Gestión de inventarios y control patrimonial.

● Procesos operativos y trazabilidad.

● Elaboración de indicadores y reportes de gestión.

● Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.

● Conocimiento de procesos acuícolas será considerado una ventaja.
