Senior Product Manager, Ad Tech

Location: Argentina Reports to: Chief Technology & Product Officer

About Adprime

Adprime Media is a vertically integrated advertising technology company headquartered in New York. Our platform spans a demand-side platform, a programmatic ad exchange, audience, data, and ad products, and campaign intelligence. We work with agencies, brands, and publishers across performance and healthcare verticals, and we are building an AI-first engineering and operations culture.

The Role

Adprime is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product execution across our ad tech suite. The CTPO owns product strategy; The Senior Product Manager, Ad Tech will own turning that strategy into well-defined, well-researched, shippable products. The ideal candidate should be able to hold their own in strategy discussions and make educated contributions, but the center of this role is execution: research, definition, requirements, and internal enablement.

This role suits a self-reliant PM who knows the programmatic industry well enough to evaluate what competitors offer, decide what belongs in our products, and explain both to a sales team in plain language.

What The Senior Product Manager Will Do:

  • Own product definition across the DSP, exchange, audience and data products, and CTV offerings
  • Research the ad tech landscape: competitive products, industry standards, and market direction, and turn that research into concrete recommendations on what we build and why
  • Write clear product requirements and specs that engineering can execute against, and work with the Director of Technology to scope and sequence delivery
  • Partner with sales and marketing in both directions: educate them on product functionality and positioning, and gather client-driven requirements for new products and features
  • Contribute to product strategy discussions with the CTPO with well-reasoned, evidence-backed input
  • Collaborate with our product manager focused on internal AI tooling to keep internal and client-facing product work coordinated
  • Define how each product creates value for Adprime: revenue contribution, differentiation, or operational advantage, and measure whether shipped products deliver it

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management, including meaningful time in programmatic advertising or ad tech
  • Real domain knowledge: you understand how DSPs, exchanges, and data products work, and concepts like RTB, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and supply quality are familiar ground
  • Enough technical fluency to work directly with engineers on data-heavy products without a translator
  • Strong research and writing skills: your PRDs are specific, your competitive analyses are useful, and your recommendations come with reasoning
  • Comfort presenting to and training commercial teams
  • Self-reliance: you take direction at the strategic level and come back with finished work, not open questions

What Success Looks Like

  • Within six months, every active product has a clear definition, a rationale for why it exists, and requirements engineering trusts. Sales and marketing understand what our products do and are feeding you a steady stream of client-driven requirements.

Newsweek is an equal opportunity employer. We seek employees of diverse backgrounds and are committed to providing an inclusive, equitable and respectful workplace.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
