A Nexer está em busca de um(a) Analista Comercial Júnior para atuar com vendas de licenciamento Microsoft e soluções em nuvem, com foco no público SMB (pequenas e médias empresas).

Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil comercial, organizada, comunicativa e interessada em tecnologia, que goste de se relacionar com clientes, identificar oportunidades e apoiar empresas em sua jornada de transformação digital com soluções Microsoft.

📝 Atividades:

  • Atuar com vendas Inside Sales para clientes SMB;
  • Prospectar, desenvolver e acompanhar oportunidades comerciais;
  • Realizar atendimento consultivo para clientes interessados em soluções Microsoft;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais de licenciamento Microsoft;
  • Apoiar clientes na escolha das melhores soluções de acordo com suas necessidades;
  • Trabalhar com soluções como Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot e serviços relacionados;
  • Realizar follow-up de propostas, renovações e oportunidades em andamento;
  • Registrar e atualizar informações no CRM;
  • Apoiar ações comerciais, campanhas e geração de demanda junto ao time de Marketing;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com times internos de pré-vendas, suporte, licenciamento e entrega.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas Inside Sales, preferencialmente B2B;
  • Experiência ou interesse em tecnologia, cloud, SaaS ou licenciamento de software;
  • Conhecimento básico ou vivência com soluções Microsoft, como Microsoft 365, Azure ou Copilot;
  • Perfil consultivo, organizado e orientado a resultados;
  • Facilidade para aprender sobre soluções tecnológicas;
  • Habilidade para conduzir negociações, follow-ups e relacionamento com clientes;
