📝 Atividades:

  • Analisar proposta comercial e entender o escopo do projeto de implementação
  • Levantar os processos de negócio do cliente e documentá-los
  • Capacidade de preparar o ambiente para apresentação e condução do workshop
  • Mapeamento de gaps funcionais e aptidão para propor soluções de contorno
  • Elaborar especificações funcionais conforme as necessidades do cliente
  • Acompanhar os usuários chaves no processo de validação da ferramenta
  • Revisar parâmetros e realizar migração de saldos para o go-live
  • Acompanhamento da solução em produção em conjunto com os usuários chaves
  • Conduzir treinamentos do sistema Dynamics 365 voltados as áreas de negócio

O que esperamos de você:

  • 3+ anos de experiência em processos de Compras, Vendas, Estoque e Transferências em ambientes ERP;
  • Experiência como Consultor Funcional em Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS ou soluções similares (preferencialmente Dynamics 365 SCM/F&O);
  • Conhecimento de processos de supply chain e operações logísticas;
  • Boa comunicação, proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente.

O que aumentam suas chances:

  • Experiência com Dynamics 365 SCM/F&O;
  • Conhecimento em WMS;
  • Conhecimento em Planejamento Mestre (Master Planning/MRP);
  • Participação em projetos globais ou rollouts;
  • Certificações ERP;
  • Experiência com metodologias Agile.
