O profissional atuará em projetos de implementação dos módulos Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service e Field Service do Dynamics 365 CRM. Realizará levantamento de cenários de negócios e processos e procedimentos do cliente, considerando as funcionalidades do Dynamics 365 CRM para desenho da solução.

O que esperamos de você:

  • 5+ Experiência em ferramentas de Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM
  • Capacidade de articular a visão das soluções oferecidas através das reuniões de levantamento funcional com o cliente.
  • Realizar documentações e especificações técnicas/funcionais
  • Conhecimento em implantação de projetos com metodologia ágil
  • Conhecimento das funcionalidades nativas das ferramentas (desejável)
  • Desejável conhecimento em Power Platform
  • Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Contabilidade, Gestão Financeira, Gestão comercial e/ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês avançado/fluente (obrigatório);
