Estamos en plena expansión y buscamos un Gerente de Cuentas de Ventas Greenfield para la américa hispanica, que trabaje directamente con nuestros clientes.😎

📝 Actividades:

  • Reportará directamente a los sócios de la empresa;
  • Foco en traer nuevos clientes que estan en busqueda de un nuevo ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Inteligência Artificial y Data Analytics;
  • Actuará con automatizacion de procesos y insights de mejora de performance, sea para reducir costos, aumentar ingresos, mitigar riesgos o transformar e inovar el negócio;
  • Tu interlocutor del lado del cliente será diversificado, con personas de áreas gerencial, directoria y C-Level.

Lo que esperamos de tí:

  • Profesionales de ventas estratégicos con visión a largo plazo;
  • Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia comprobada en la venta (hunter) de soluciones tecnológicas empresariales a nuevos clientes;
  • Sólidos conocimientos de software empresarial, incluyendo ERP y CRM;
  • Mandatório: Inglés avanzado (lectura, escrita y conversación) - Será hecho test por compañía especializada
  • Residir en Colômbia o Costa Rica.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y empatía.

Habilidades:

  • Creación de relaciones a largo plazo: Ser confiable, honesto y ético en todas las relaciones;
  • Negociación y resolución de conflictos: Manejar situaciones difíciles y encontrar soluciones que beneficien a ambas partes;
  • Navegación por diferentes niveles organizacionales: Saber comunicarse e influir desde el nivel operativo hasta el nivel ejecutivo.
