Als Prozessingenieur EGIO mit Schwerpunkt Furnace und Gläser unterstützen Sie die Sicherstellung stabiler, beherrschter und reproduzierbarer Prozesse in einer Halbleiterfertigung mit hohem Produktionsvolumen. Sie treiben Prozessverbesserungen voran, lösen komplexe technische Herausforderungen, unterstützen die Einführung neuer Technologien und arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Produktion, Instandhaltung und Qualität zusammen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der regelkonformen Freigabe von Produktionsanlagen nach Instanthaltungsmaßnahmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der regelkonformen Freigabe einzelner EGIO Tools – speziell Furnace- und Gläser - nach Reparaturen, Wartungen oder technischen Eingriffen
  • Überwachung, Nachverfolgung und transparente Dokumentation des Freigabefortschritts einschließlich frühzeitiger Eskalation von Abweichungen und Verzögerungen
  • Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Überprüfungsmessungen im Reinraum unter Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Reinraumvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung, Freigabe und Implementierung neuer oder geänderter Prozesse, Materialien und Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung stabiler, beherrschter und reproduzierbarer Prozesse im täglichen Betrieb der Halbleiterfertigung
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozessleistung mithilfe von SPC, Prozessfähigkeitskennzahlen und der Analyse von Fertigungsdaten
  • Untersuchung von Prozessabweichungen, nicht konformen Losen und Yield-Abweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Identifizierung prozessbedingter Qualitätsprobleme und Unterstützung kontinuierlicher Initiativen zur Steigerung der Ausbeute und Reduzierung von Defekten
  • Unterstützung von Ursachenanalysen unter Anwendung strukturierter Problemlösungsmethoden wie 5-Why und 8D
  • Mitarbeit im Prozessänderungsmanagement, bei Industrialisierungsprojekten und beim Technologietransfer in die Produktion
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen, OCAPs, Spezifikationen und Schulungsunterlagen
  • Durchführung technischer Schulungen und Wissenstransfer für Produktionsteams
  • Mitwirkung an FMEA-Aktivitäten sowie Unterstützung bei Risikobewertungen und Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Physik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Mikrosystemtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in der Halbleiterfertigung, im Process Engineering oder in einem vergleichbaren Hightech-Produktionsumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in thermischen Prozessen, Furnace-Technologien, Gläser-Prozessen oder Technologien der Halbleiterfertigung sind wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur praktischen Arbeit im Reinraum, sowie zur Durchführung und Dokumentation technischer Überprüfungsmessungen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen in Verbindung mit einer strukturierten und systematischen Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für die Lösung technischer Probleme und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld mehrere Aufgaben und Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu steuern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und Verbindlichkeit
  • Praxisorientierte Denkweise in Verbindung mit Detailgenauigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
