About the role

In this role as a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards of semiconductor products throughout the manufacturing process. • Drive enhancements in quality systems related to MRB (Material Review Board), OCAPs, and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Coordinate qualification and validation of new products or process changes with cross-functional project teams.
  • Provide quality support and buy-off for NPI (New Product Introduction) and new product ramp-up qualifications.
  • Support internal and external audits, including compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Monitor and analyze in-line quality metrics, defect trends.
  • Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, Quality Alerts, and Inspection Standards.
  • Review QA roving audits, track improvement actions, and evaluate their ongoing effectiveness.
  • Track and follow up on LOH (Lot on Hold) improvement actions, assess their effectiveness, and ensure proper closure with the MEEQ teams.
  • Support investigations into customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and feedback.
  • Monitor and manage process OCAPs (Out-of-Control Action Plans) and lot-on-hold dispositions. Ensure timely scoping, quarantine of affected equipment, and containment of at-risk lots in in-process, outgoing, and inventory-with-hold (IWH) stages.
  • Identify and assess risks in in-process QA monitoring, internal audits, and firewall gates. Escalate critical issues, rising reject trends, and process deviations promptly.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment with strong process knowledge.
  • Experience in manufacturing/process quality and handling customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and quality standards such as IATF 16949.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
