Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Technische Betreuung der Produktionsanlagen: Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Durchführung komplexer Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an diversen Anlagen der Halbleiterproduktion, insbesondere an unseren Ofenanlagen und automatisierten Transportsystemen, um deren Verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.
  • Systematische Analyse und Optimierung: Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen und Maschinenabläufe, insbesondere der Ofenprozesse. Identifikation und Analyse von Ausfallschwerpunkten und wiederkehrenden Fehlermechanismen zur nachhaltigen Störungsbeseitigung.
  • Verbesserung der Anlagentechnik und -performance: Aktive Mitwirkung an der Steigerung der Anlagen-Uptime durch Prozessoptimierungen und technische Verbesserungen. Planung und Durchführung von Preventive und Predictive Maintenance Maßnahmen.
  • Ersatzteilmanagement und Dokumentation: Verantwortung für die bedarfsgerechte Lager- und Ersatzteilversorgung. Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Anlagenzuständen, Serviceeinsätzen und durchgeführten Modifikationen.
  • Wissenstransfer und Projektmitarbeit: Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung des operativen Personals. Fachlicher Ansprechpartner und Koordination von fertigungsinternen Projekten, Anlagenplanungen, Installationen und Umzügen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen.
  • Reporting und Koordination: Regelmäßige Updates über durchgeführte Tätigkeiten und den Anlagenstatus sowie Abstimmung der Arbeitsprioritäten mit der Service- und Maintenance-Leitung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker
  • Berufserfahrung: Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung oder verwandte Berufe.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und eine praxisorientierte "Hands-on"-Mentalität.
  • Kommunikation: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die technische Dokumentation und Kommunikation.
  • Teamfähigkeit & Organisation: Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit Planungs- und Organisationstalent.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit SAP und anlagenspezifischer Software sind von Vorteil.
  • Elektrische Prüfungen: Praktische Erfahrungen und idealerweise entsprechende Fortbildungen im Bereich der Prüfung elektrischer Anlagen (gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 3) und/oder der Thermografie sind von Vorteil, kein muss.
  • Automatisierungen/ Steuerungen: Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. C++, SCL, KOP) oder Erfahrungen mit gängigen SPS-Steuerungen (z.B. von Mitsubishi, Siemens, Beckhoff) sind ebenfalls von Vorteil, stellen jedoch keine Voraussetzung dar.
