The posting

NextGen Federal Systems (NextGen) is seeking a Director, Space & Missile Growth to support strategic customer engagement, business development, capture leadership, opportunity shaping, and technical solution development across the national security space and missile defense community. This highly visible role is designed for a recognized leader who possesses deep mission understanding, technical credibility, and established relationships throughout the Department of War, United States Space Force, Air Force, Missile Defense Agency, Space Systems Command, Space Development Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, Intelligence Community, and related organizations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, capture teams, proposal teams, program managers, and government customers. While the primary focus of the position is supporting company growth through customer engagement, opportunity development, and capture activities, the individual will also provide senior-level technical advisory support on customer programs and strategic initiative.

· Help expand NextGen’s presence within the national security space and missile defense community.

· Strengthen strategic customer relationships across government, military, intelligence, and industry organizations.

· Support the pursuit and capture of high-value contracts and strategic opportunities.

· Increase visibility of NextGen capabilities across key mission areas and customer organizations.

· Provide trusted technical leadership that contributes to both customer success and corporate growth.
