Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, and business operations? Do you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and supporting the behind-the-scenes work that helps a business succeed?

NextGen Federal Systems is offering an exciting year-round remote internship designed for students interested in exploring recruiting, HR, and business support functions. This opportunity (approximately 10 hours per week) allows you to work remotely while gaining practical experience and collaborating with professionals across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting candidate outreach
  • Help coordinate interviews and maintain candidate information and recruiting records
  • Support internship program activities, including applicant tracking, communications, and onboarding coordination
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, document organization, and other business operations projects
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support company initiatives and improve internal processes
