Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Product Operations Specialist - Pricing & Valuation H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu intégreras l'équipe Pricing au sein des opérations globales (GO Valuation Team) pour l'un de nos grands comptes du secteur financier et bancaire. Au cœur d'un environnement international, ton rôle sera essentiel pour garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et le traitement fluide des prix et données analytiques des instruments financiers cotés. Tu évolueras dans un contexte exigeant en matière de contrôle des risques et de conformité réglementaire pour accompagner la gestion de portefeuille.

Tes missions :

  • Assurer le suivi, la surveillance et la validation quotidienne des prix pour l'ensemble des instruments cotés (Listed Products).
  • Veiller à la publication en temps voulu des cours et des données analytiques associées.
  • Garantir l'application stricte de la stratégie de pricing et des politiques de valorisation établies.
  • Analyser et comprendre les processus de valorisation complexes (prix et analytics) sur tous types d'instruments financiers.
  • Identifier et traiter les anomalies ou écarts de pricing avant publication.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion de portefeuille pour répondre à leurs besoins opérationnels au quotidien.
  • Veiller au respect des contraintes réglementaires et des standards de contrôle des risques liés aux activités de marché.

Qualifications

  • Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en finance de marché, ingénierie financière ou gestion des opérations bancaires.
  • Une première expérience réussie en Middle/Back Office, pricing ou valorisation d'instruments financiers cotés.
  • Solide compréhension des mécanismes de valorisation, des instruments financiers (actions, obligations, dérivés cotés) et de leur chaîne de traitement.
  • Maîtrise des outils de données financières (ex. Bloomberg, Refinitiv) et aisance sur Excel.
  • Niveau d'anglais professionnel indispensable pour évoluer au quotidien dans un contexte d'opérations globales.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, forte capacité d'analyse et sens aigu de la gestion des risques.
