Description du poste

NEXTON recrute un Proxy Product Owner - Outils de Gestion de Portefeuille (PMS) H/F, en CDI, à Paris !

Ton futur environnement de travail :

Tu intégreras le Domaine Épargne et sa Squad Gestion Sous Mandat pour l'un de nos grands comptes du secteur de la banque privée et gestion de fortune. En tant que Proxy Product Owner, tu occuperas un rôle clé aux côtés du Product Owner et des chefs de projet dans le cadre de la transformation stratégique du Portfolio Management System (PMS). Tu contribueras activement au remplacement de l'outil de gestion de portefeuille ainsi qu'à la conduite de projets d'évolutions fonctionnelles pour répondre aux besoins des gérants de portefeuille.

Tes missions :

  • Participer à la gestion du backlog produit, à la rédaction des User Stories et à la planification des sprints en méthodologie Agile.
  • Mener les études et cadrages fonctionnels avec les métiers et recueillir les besoins des gérants de portefeuille.
  • Animer les ateliers de travail avec les métiers et les autres squads pour aligner les fonctionnalités et gérer les adhérences.
  • Concevoir et proposer des solutions fonctionnelles adaptées aux évolutions réglementaires et opérationnelles.
  • Élaborer la stratégie de recette, rédiger les cahiers de test, exécuter la recette et formaliser les procès-verbaux d'homologation.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs métiers lors de leurs phases de tests et analyser leurs retours pour faire évoluer l'outil.
  • Coordonner la conduite du changement en rédigeant les guides utilisateurs et en assurant les formations nécessaires.
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel de niveau 2 auprès des équipes métiers et veiller au suivi des mises en production.

Qualifications

  • Formation initiale de niveau Bac+5 (Master 2 orienté Finance ou diplôme d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en finance).
  • Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en maîtrise d'ouvrage (MOA) finance, avec une pratique confirmée des méthodologies Agiles.
  • Solide connaissance de l'épargne financière, idealement de la gestion sous mandat (GSM), et maîtrise de l'outil de gestion Triple A (AAA).
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Jira) ainsi que du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent relationnel, forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, esprit d'initiative et rigueur dans le pilotage multi-sujets.
