Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Migration Architect (m/f/d)

Projekt: poszukujemy doświadczonego eksperta w roli Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Architect (m/f/d), który poprowadzi złożone inicjatywy transformacyjne w obszarze chmury, infrastruktury, sieci, bezpieczeństwa i danych w środowiskach enterprise. Rola łączy strategiczne myślenie z głębokim doświadczeniem technicznym, obejmując zarówno projektowanie architektury, jak i hands-on realizację modernizacji środowisk IT.

Stack technologiczny:

  • Chmura: Azure (wymagany), AWS (opcjonalnie), hybrydowa tożsamość, zero trust
  • Sieci i bezpieczeństwo: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, firewalle, XDR/MDR/SIEM, standardy bezpieczeństwa (NIST, ISO, GDPR)
  • Infrastruktura: VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, storage, Active Directory, Quest
  • Bazy danych: SQL Server, Azure SQL
  • Automatyzacja/DevOps: Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure DevOps/GitHub, PowerShell

Metodyka pracy: SCRUM.

Wynagrodzenie: PLN 195 - 245/h netto + VAT/ B2B.

Start: ASAP

  • Prowadzenie end-to-end architektury transformacyjnej, w tym modernizacji infrastruktury, adopcji multi-cloud, bezpieczeństwa i sieci.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów strategicznych z CIO, CTO, CISO oraz zespołami enterprise architecture.
  • Tworzenie roadmap technicznych, planów migracyjnych i rekomendacji inwestycyjnych.
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie hybrydowych środowisk chmurowych, tożsamości, sieci i infrastruktury.
  • Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów technicznych i prowadzenie eskalacji w obszarze chmury, bezpieczeństwa, sieci i danych.
  • Nadzór nad zespołami inżynierskimi, mentoring i tworzenie powtarzalnych wzorców architektonicznych.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji, planów migracji, scenariuszy testowych oraz raportowanie postępów i ryzyk do kadry zarządzającej.
  • 12+ lat doświadczenia w transformacjach enterprise w obszarach chmury, infrastruktury, sieci, tożsamości i bezpieczeństwa.
  • Doświadczenia w realizacji programów modernizacyjnych dla MSP, GSI lub globalnych integratorów.
  • Eksperckiej wiedzy w obszarach: Chmura: Azure (wymagany), AWS, hybrydowa tożsamość, zero trust Sieci: Cisco Nexus/UCS/HyperFlex, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SD-WAN Bezpieczeństwo: XDR/MDR/SIEM/SOAR, firewalle, zgodność z NIST/CIS/ISO/GDPR/PCI Infrastruktura: VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, storage, Active Directory, Quest Automatyzacja/DevOps: Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure DevOps/GitHub, PowerShell, API integration
  • Doskonałych umiejętności komunikacyjnych i prezentacyjnych; doświadczenia w prowadzeniu warsztatów dla kadry zarządzającej.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (minimum B2/C1).
