Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Lead CRM Solution Architect (MS Dynamics)🚀

Projekt: Realizacja zaawansowanych systemów klasy Enterprise opartych o ekosystem Microsoft dla dynamicznie rozwijającej się organizacji z kapitałem niemieckim. Skupiamy się na dostarczaniu skalowalnych rozwiązań wspierających procesy sprzedażowe oraz obsługę klienta w skali międzynarodowej. 🌍

Stack technologiczny: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (moduły Sales, Customer Service), Power Platform, C#, TypeScript, Azure (integracje oraz CI/CD). 💻

Zespół: Będziesz zarządzać pracą około 8-10 osobowej grupy specjalistów, w skład której wchodzą deweloperzy oraz konfiguratorzy, ściśle współpracując z interesariuszami biznesowymi. 👥

Model współpracy: System zdalny z bardzo dużą dozą elastyczności (opcjonalne wizyty w biurze według preferencji). Możliwe sporadyczne podróże służbowe na terenie Europy. 🏠

Wynagrodzenie: 160 – 185 PLN/h + VAT (B2B). 💰

Zakres obowiązków: 📋

  • Kreowanie i nadzorowanie architektury technicznej wewnątrz platformy Microsoft Dynamics CE oraz Power Platform.
  • Podejmowanie kluczowych decyzji projektowych w oparciu o analizę potrzeb biznesowych klienta.
  • Zarządzanie pełnym cyklem życia oprogramowania oraz dbanie o jakość i wydajność dostarczanego kodu.
  • Projektowanie przepływów danych, procesów migracyjnych oraz integracji w środowisku Azure.
  • Merytoryczne wsparcie zespołu technicznego i nadzór nad realizacją zadań programistycznych.
  • Współpraca w międzynarodowym środowisku nad budową nowoczesnych narzędzi typu Contact Center.

Oczekujemy: 🎓

  • Minimum 7-letniego stażu w obszarze rozwiązań Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE (w tym doświadczenie na poziomie Lead/Architect).
  • Biegłości w programowaniu z wykorzystaniem C# oraz TypeScript.
  • Praktycznej umiejętności projektowania złożonych systemów IT dla dużych struktur organizacyjnych.
  • Doświadczenia w obszarze CI/CD oraz integracji systemowych z wykorzystaniem chmury Azure.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego, umożliwiającej swobodną komunikację w codziennej pracy.
  • Proaktywności i chęci ciągłego poszerzania kompetencji technologicznych.
  • Mile widziane wcześniejsze doświadczenie w sektorze usług finansowych lub ubezpieczeń.
