Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Senior Cloud & Security Engineer

Projekt: Dołącz do zespołu tworzącego nowej generacji platformę SaaS dla sektora finansowego (Asset Management). Nasz klient to firma ze Stanów Zjednoczonych, która buduje w Warszawie swoje centrum inżynieryjne. Jest to projekt typu "greenfield" – platforma powstaje od zera, bez długu technologicznego, z wykorzystaniem AI jako fundamentu działania. Twoim zadaniem będzie stworzenie i utrzymanie infrastruktury IT oraz standardów bezpieczeństwa, które umożliwią skalowanie biznesu na rynek globalny.

Stack technologiczny: ☁️ Public Cloud (do decyzji: AWS / GCP / Azure) Identity & Access Management (SSO, RBAC) Security & Compliance Tools (SOC 2 readiness) MDM / Endpoint Security Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Zespół: 👥 Kameralny zespół inżynierski, współpraca bezpośrednio z Head of Development.

Model współpracy: 🤝 Praca hybrydowa (biuro w Warszawie).

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 170 - 205 PLN netto + VAT/h

Zakres obowiązków: 🛡️

  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie fundamentów infrastruktury chmurowej we współpracy z zespołem inżynierskim.
  • Zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem wewnętrznym, w tym ochrona stacji końcowych i zarządzanie tożsamością (IAM/SSO).
  • Przygotowanie organizacji do audytów bezpieczeństwa (np. SOC 2) poprzez wdrażanie odpowiednich kontroli i procedur.
  • Wybór i konfiguracja narzędzi IT oraz automatyzacja procesów onboardingu i dostępu.
  • Monitorowanie systemów pod kątem wydajności i bezpieczeństwa oraz reagowanie na incydenty.

Oczekujemy: 🎯

  • Szerokiego doświadczenia łączącego kompetencje administratora IT, inżyniera systemowego i specjalisty ds. bezpieczeństwa (profil Generalista).
  • Praktycznej znajomości co najmniej jednej wiodącej chmury publicznej (AWS, GCP lub Azure).
  • Doświadczenia we wdrażaniu standardów bezpieczeństwa (znajomość wymogów SOC 2 lub ISO 27001 będzie dużym atutem).
  • Umiejętności pracy z systemami zarządzania tożsamością i dostępem.
  • Chęci budowania procesów od podstaw i podejmowania samodzielnych decyzji architektonicznych.
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (poziom B2/C1).
