Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: Senior .NET Engineer 💻

Projekt: 🚀 Tworzenie i rozwój innowacyjnych systemów zarządzania dokumentacją w sektorze ubezpieczeniowym, ze wsparciem najnowszych asystentów AI (Claude, GitHub Copilot).

Stack technologiczny: 🛠️ .NET, C#, SQL (SQL Server / Azure SQL / MySQL), React / Angular, REST API, Azure / Cloud PaaS, konteneryzacja.

Zespół: 🤝 Nowo powstający polski oddział stabilnej firmy z kapitałem niemieckim. Ścisła współpraca m.in. z Lead Engineerem przy kształtowaniu standardów i architektury.

Metodyka pracy: 🔄 Scrum / Agile.

Model współpracy: 🌍 W 100% praca zdalna (z obszaru całej Polski).

Wynagrodzenie: 💰 UoP: 18 500 PLN – 24 000 PLN brutto | B2B: 130 PLN – 170 PLN / h.

Start współpracy: ⏱️ ASAP lub 1 miesiąc okresu wypowiedzenia.

Zakres obowiązków: 📋

  • Samodzielne projektowanie architektury i implementacja kluczowych modułów systemu, przy współpracy z zespołem architektonicznym.
  • Analizowanie i rozwiązywanie wysoce skomplikowanych problemów technicznych (m.in. wielowątkowość, optymalizacja zapytań, synchronizacja danych).
  • Propagowanie najlepszych praktyk w zakresie wykorzystania asystentów AI w codziennej pracy programistycznej (w bezpieczny i odpowiedzialny sposób).
  • Branie pełnej odpowiedzialności za jakość, wydajność, skalowalność oraz bezpieczeństwo dostarczanego oprogramowania.
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi w celu dostarczania optymalnych rozwiązań technologicznych dla sektora ubezpieczeniowego.
  • Kształtowanie kultury technicznej w nowym zespole, definiowanie standardów pracy oraz wspieranie innych przy najtrudniejszych problemach (3rd line support).

Oczekujemy: 🎯

  • Minimum 5 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w tworzeniu złożonego oprogramowania.
  • Biegłej, eksperckiej znajomości platformy .NET, języka C# oraz środowiska Visual Studio.
  • Zaawansowanego doświadczenia z relacyjnymi bazami danych (np. SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL).
  • Ugruntowanej wiedzy na temat wzorców projektowych, zasad SOLID, wstrzykiwania zależności (DI) oraz budowy skalowalnych usług REST.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z nowoczesnymi frameworkami front-endowymi (takimi jak React lub Angular).
  • Praktycznej znajomości rozwiązań chmurowych (np. Azure, usługi PaaS), konteneryzacji i systemów rozproszonych.
  • Umiejętności świadomego, bezpiecznego wdrażania narzędzi AI do procesu tworzenia oprogramowania w regulowanym środowisku.
  • Wybitnych zdolności analitycznych oraz świetnych umiejętności komunikacyjnych, pozwalających na swobodną współpracę z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi.
