Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:

Test Automation Lead

Projekt: 🚀 Tworzenie od podstaw nowoczesnej, chmurowej platformy SaaS operującej na potężnych wolumenach danych (branża InsurTech / zaawansowana analityka). Nasz klient to firma z Niemiec, budująca środowisko typu greenfield całkowicie wolne od długu technologicznego.

Stack technologiczny: 💻 Playwright, Pact (Contract Testing), testy API, CI/CD.

Zespół: 👥 5 osób.

Wynagrodzenie: 26 000 - 33 000 zł net plus VAT.

Model współpracy: 🏢 Hybrydowo (2-3 dni w tygodniu z biura w centrum Warszawy).

Start współpracy: 📅 Jak najszybciej (poczekamy na odpowiednią osobę).

Zakres obowiązków: 🛠️

  • Całkowite kształtowanie i wdrażanie strategii testów automatycznych dla całej platformy.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie kompleksowych scenariuszy testów E2E (Playwright) oraz zapewnienie szerokiego pokrycia testami API.
  • Implementacja testów kontraktowych (Pact) zabezpieczających granice poszczególnych serwisów.
  • Integracja wszystkich warstw testowych wewnątrz pipeline'ów CI z jasno zdefiniowanymi bramkami jakości (quality gates).
  • Budowanie kultury "quality-first" w całej organizacji inżynierskiej oraz wyznaczanie standardów testowania od pierwszego dnia.

Oczekujemy: ✅

  • Minimum 6-7 lat doświadczenia w obszarze testów automatycznych.
  • Bardzo dobrej, praktycznej znajomości narzędzia Playwright oraz frameworków do testowania API.
  • Doświadczenia w implementacji testów kontraktowych (np. przy użyciu Pact).
  • Umiejętności płynnego łączenia procesów QA z pipeline'ami CI/CD.
  • Zdolności do samodzielnego definiowania strategii testowej i standardów jakości dla inżynierii.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami o dużej intensywności przetwarzania danych (np. obszar zaawansowanej analityki, ubezpieczeń) będzie znacznym plusem.
