Thermal Desing Engineer

🤝 Model współpracy: praca hybrydowa

💰 Wynagrodzenie: 12 000 - 20 000 PLN brutto (możliwa współpraca B2B)

🚀 Start współpracy: ASAP (akceptujemy 3-miesięczny okres wypowiedzenia)

🎯 Zakres obowiązków:

  • Inicjowanie koncepcji chłodzenia opartych na wnikliwych analizach termicznych.
  • Dobór optymalnych systemów obniżających temperaturę (m.in. wentylatory, radiatory, moduły Peltiera, interfejsy cieplne).
  • Opracowywanie obudów z uwzględnieniem rygorystycznych wymogów cieplnych, norm EMC oraz wytycznych montażowo-serwisowych.
  • Tworzenie projektów zespołów mechanicznych oraz poszczególnych komponentów dla zaawansowanych technologicznie urządzeń.
  • Realizacja symulacji przepływu ciepła połączona z fizyczną weryfikacją wyników w warunkach pomiarowych.
  • Bieżące współdziałanie interdyscyplinarne z ekspertami od układów optycznych, elektroniki oraz projektowania obwodów drukowanych (PCB).
  • Koordynacja oraz bezpośrednie przeprowadzanie prób środowiskowych.
  • Utrzymywanie relacji technicznych z podwykonawcami i dostawcami elementów mechanicznych.
  • Tworzenie kompleksowej dokumentacji produkcyjnej i instrukcji montażowych.

✅ Oczekujemy:

  • Solidnej wiedzy z obszaru chłodzenia elektroniki i zjawisk wymiany ciepła.
  • Udokumentowanej praktyki w konstruowaniu zaawansowanych urządzeń lub specjalistycznych obudów.
  • Dyplomu wyższej uczelni na kierunku mechatronika, termodynamika, mechanika, energetyka bądź pokrewnym.
  • Swobodnego posługiwania się oprogramowaniem do projektowania w środowisku CAD 3D.
  • Biegłości w samodzielnym prowadzeniu analiz CFD/FEA lub poprawnej interpretacji ich wyników.
  • Umiejętności walidowania danych z symulacji za pomocą fizycznych pomiarów.
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenia we wdrożeniach nowych produktów do fazy produkcji seryjnej, styczności z technologią próżniową, kriogeniką, systemami optoelektronicznymi lub zaawansowanymi kamerami, znajomości zasad projektowania systemów wymagających ponadprzeciętnej stabilizacji termicznej oraz doświadczenia w testach klimatycznych i wibracyjnych.
