En Nexu Labs estamos construyendo la próxima generación de AI agents que van a cambiar cómo interactuamos con nuestros clientes: voz, WhatsApp, originación, cobranza, postventa. Buscamos a alguien que no solo integre un LLM, sino que piense en producto, en conversión y en cómo diseñar agentes que realmente resuelvan y vendan.

Tu impacto:

✅ Diseñar y desplegar agentes conversacionales para voz y WhatsApp que operen en producción, no en demo

✅ Construir flujos conversacionales que capturen intención, manejen objeciones y optimicen conversión

✅ Implementar Voice AI (STT/TTS) end to end

✅ Diseñar sistemas de memoria conversacional para contexto persistente entre interacciones

✅ Integrar agentes con CRM y herramientas internas vía APIs

✅ Iterar con datos reales de revenue e impacto de negocio, no solo métricas técnicas

Lo que buscamos:

🔹 Mínimo 1-2 años construyendo AI agents o chatbots con LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

🔹 Experiencia con LangChain, LlamaIndex o frameworks similares

🔹 Sólida experiencia integrando APIs y backend (Python/Node)

🔹 Experiencia en Voice AI o conversational design

🔹 Plus: experiencia aplicando IA directamente en producto
