Esta posición no es para alguien que quiera operar cumplimiento lejos del negocio. Buscamos a alguien que entienda la regulación, pero que también sepa aterrizarla en procesos simples, controles claros y decisiones que ayuden a Nexu a seguir avanzando.

El reto

Como Compliance Lead PLD/FT, vas a fortalecer nuestro programa de prevención de lavado de dinero y financiamiento al terrorismo, con foco en Actividades Vulnerables, LFPIORPI, SPPLD, KYC/KYB, beneficiario controlador y enfoque basado en riesgos.

Tu misión será asegurar que Nexu cumpla bien, a tiempo y con evidencia. También que el cumplimiento sea entendible para los equipos, accionable en la operación y sostenible conforme seguimos creciendo.

Lo que vas a construir

  1. Vas a trabajar cerca de Legal, Riesgo, Operaciones, Crédito, Comercial y Tecnología para convertir la regulación en procesos que funcionen en el día a día.
  2. Serás la persona que nos ayude a tener expedientes completos, controles vivos, manuales actualizados, señales de alerta bien definidas y equipos capacitados para saber qué hacer, cuándo escalar y cómo documentar.
  3. También darás seguimiento a obligaciones en SPPLD, avisos, informes en cero, monitoreo de umbrales, resguardo documental, matriz de riesgo y atención de auditorías o requerimientos relacionados con PLD/FT.

Lo que esperamos de ti

  • Que tengas experiencia práctica en PLD/FT, AML/CFT, Compliance, KYC/KYB o Riesgo Regulatorio.
  • Que conozcas bien LFPIORPI, Reglamento, Reglas de Carácter General y obligaciones para Actividades Vulnerables.
  • Que hayas trabajado con procesos relacionados con SPPLD, avisos, informes en cero, expedientes, beneficiario controlador y debida diligencia.
  • Que puedas explicar la regulación sin enredarla.
  • Que sepas trabajar con equipos de negocio sin convertir el cumplimiento en un bloqueo.
  • Que tengas orden, criterio, ética, confidencialidad y ownership.

Suma puntos si además tienes

  • Certificación UIF o formación especializada en PLD/FT.
  • Experiencia en fintech, crédito, financiamiento automotriz, SOFOM, leasing, servicios financieros o marketplaces.
  • Experiencia usando herramientas KYC, CRM, monitoreo transaccional, automatización de controles o análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia atendiendo auditorías, revisiones, visitas de verificación o requerimientos de autoridad.
