¿Eres alguien que quiere construir la infraestructura que habilita decisiones reales de negocio?

En Nexu estamos buscando un DATA ENGINEER que se obsesione con la calidad y confiabilidad de los datos, que entienda el impacto de cada pipeline en el negocio y que no se quede solo en que “corra”, sino que esté bien diseñado, monitoreado y optimizado.

Si te apasiona la ingeniería de datos aplicada y quieres trabajar con un equipo que valora el rigor técnico tanto como el impacto, esta es para ti.

📍 Ubicación: Híbrido (CDMX)/ Remoto: Foráneo.

🚀 Lo que harás:

  • Construir y optimizar arquitecturas de datos sólidas que aseguren un flujo confiable, eficiente y seguro de la información.
  • Diseñar y mantener pipelines escalables (batch y streaming).
  • Escribir SQL avanzado para modelado, validación y optimización de datos.
  • Programar en Python con buenas prácticas: OOP, documentación y testing automatizado.
  • Implementar versionado, monitoreo y alertas en flujos de datos.
  • Asegurar la calidad de los datos mediante validaciones y pruebas automatizadas.
  • Colaborar con BI, Producto y Risk para habilitar datos oportunos y consistentes.
  • Trabajar con plataformas cloud y arquitecturas modernas de datos (data lakes / warehouses).

🎯 Lo que buscamos:

  • 2 años como Data Engineer o en roles similares.
  • SQL (consultas complejas, optimización y validación de datos).
  • Python fuerte (OOP + buenas prácticas de ingeniería).
  • Experiencia diseñando pipelines escalables y arquitecturas de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).
  • Conocimiento en versionado, monitoreo y prácticas de MLOps / DevOps.

💥 Bonus Points si…

Tienes certificaciones o estudios en Big Data, Cloud o Data Engineering.

Has trabajado con streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).

Tienes experiencia implementando data lakes o warehouses modernos (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).

Has trabajado en ambientes complejos o de misión crítica.
